Decorating cookies for Santa!

Arailia had a blast decorating cookies for Santa! Auntie brit helped too which made it even more fun! She loved eating the frosting which she thought she couldnt eat it! She was so excited that the cookies were going to Santa!

Preschool Christmas party!

Today at preschool we had our Christmas party! We had alot of fun! We sang alot of Christmas songs, made a dancing santa, decorated cookies, and watched the Grinch cartoon! The kids had alot of fun and boy did they keep us busy! I love the kids and love being able to hang out with my friend three days a week! Its so much fun!

Christmas Party with Grandma and Grandpa!

Last night Lee and Judy had all the cousins over for a Christmas Party! So Arailia got to play with Brooke, and Olivia! Judy and Sam came to pick up rae! She was like a kitty in the window! She was saying, "Grandma where are you"! Finally we saw Sam and Judy pull up and Rae ran to the door! Judy had planned some way cute activities for the girls to do! Oh yes and did I mention that the parents wernt allowed till later! It was so weird to be the only one at home! Then we went to go pick her up at their house! When we got there, The girls were running around and having so much fun together! Judy had made them an apron with their name on it! I loved it! And a Santa hat!They made cookies with grandma, colored Christmas pictures, and then my favorite,the girls made a special frame that said Santa's Helper on it! They printed a picture of her that night wearing her apron and Santa hat! I love the frame so much because Judy let them personalize it and it was so cute! Rae had put a candy cane upside down and her Christmas tree sideways but meant so much more to me just knowing that she did it all by herself! Arailia came home and told Seth all about her Christmas party! Thanks Judy and Lee for having the girls come over! They had a blast!

Exciting News!!!!!!!!!!

This morning my anut Faith had a doctor's app. to find out if she was having a girl or a boy! Well she found out and I am going to have a cute little boy cousin! Faith and I are a little over a month apart which has been really fun! I love being pregnant with someone that I can baby talk to! Its been fun and I cant wait to meet him! Congrats to Faith and Max!

Silly!

Last night I found Rae in her blow up duck! She had been watching super why on her ipod! She had a cozy little bed she had made for herself with a pillow and blanket! She saw me snapping pictures and asked me for some dinner! So she ate her dinner in her duckie and watched her show!

Playing in the snow!

Arailia has wanted to play in the snow so bad and every chance she gets she will play in it! the other night we were waiting for my parents and Jake to come over and she asked me if we could go outside! She even said "Mom I sit down"! So she went out there and started to play in it! I would only let her play with it without getting too wet! She asked me for a bowl! I was thinking she just wanted to put the snow in it! When I gave her a bowl I asked her why she wanted it she then said, "Mom I making a castle"! So cute no need for sand she can make a snow castle!

My little helper!

Arailia loves to clean! Everyday when I am at preschool Seth and Arailia will do the dishes so that when I come home we can spend family time together! She gets the job of rinsing and putting the dishes on the drying rack! She does an awesome job! For Easter my parents got her cleaning toys such as a Rae sized broom,duster,and vacuum! Lately she will vacuum the room and say "See", like a million times making sure we saw what a great job she did! Its funny when she drags out my vacuum and says "mommy vacuum". She will either vacuum with her vacuum right beside me or she will hold onto the vacuum as I vacuum! She is really a great helper!

Rae in the kitchen!

Arailia decided one day that she would sneak into the kitchen while I was changing out the laundry! She grabbed the container of sugar and dumped it on the floor! Then she pulled out the baking powder out of the pantry! She then climbed up in the chair and dumped it all over the kitchen table! When I came in to the kitchen to find this HUGE mess I said "What in the world are you doing"? She then replied in a very excited voice," Mom look I made snow"! How could I get mad at that! She was only trying to play in snow! So it was cute after I cleaned it up and gave her a bath! You never know what she is thinking or what she will be doing if you leave her alone for one second anymore!

Playing with play dough!

Arailia loves to play with play dough! I usually make a new color every month! This month we made red play dough! She loves making things such as snowmen,food, pretty much anything that comes to her head at the time! I love seeing her imagination grow as she plays with different things! She has a blast and its fun and easy!

We are so excited to announce....

That Arailia will be having a baby sister! We couldnt be more excited! Arailia has been talking about her baby sister ever since we found out on November 22nd! She says"Baby sister toys", and she has bought her a few little toys already! She will Kiss my stomach and say"Baby sister" and I love you sister"! I cant wait till she is born and see how much love Rae will give her! Pics of ultrasound coming soon!

Yesterday Seth, Arailia and I went shopping to get some ideas on Christmas presents! We went to alot of stores and rae could say all the store names! When we got to Kmart we said say kmart and she said, "K Walmart!" Ok so it doesnt sound to funny written down but I guess you had to be there! It was fun shopping and being together as a family even if we didnt go somewhere and spend money! Now Im not so stressed about what we are doing for gifts this year yay!

My Brother-in-law the MARINE!

Sam has just completed boot camp! We wanted to support him and so we headed up to the airport to greet him when he came off the plane! My parents and Jake came along,Jen and Ryan, Linda, Erick, Courtney, and Brooke! We all made signs and were so excited to finally see him! We then headed over to Linda's house and had dinner! The food was really good! It was fun hearing the stories that Sam shared but at the same time so sad to hear what he had to go through! We are so proud of him and for him willing to serve our country! We love you Sam!!!!!!!!!

Decorating for Christmas!

So as most of you know if you know me... I hate Halowwen decorations for the most part! So what do I do..... I put up my christmas tree! Like the third week in October I decided to throw up my tree! Of course It makes you laugh seeing it up but it makes me so happy! I love listening to Christmas music and started really listening to it in October! The other night I decided instead of putting up ornimants up right now that Rae could decorate the tree with candy canes! She had fun putting them on! I have wrapped some presents and rae really like snowmen so I thought that I would wrap in snowmen paper just for her! She loves it and will lay by the tree and look at the lights and say "hott pretty lights"! Im excited to do alot of fun crafts with her this winter and help us decorate the house!

Nite Nite!

So when Rae goes to sleep I check on her and its funny to see how she puts herself to bed! One night I went in there to find her wearing sunglasses!
When I was growing up us kids would always wear my dad's shirts to bed! One night I saw one of Seth's shirts and thought it would be fun to put Rae in it for bed! she loved it! She said "daddy's shirt" all night! she said,"mommy I love it" She looked so cute and ever since that night she will ask me" Daddy's shirt please"! Just a little memory I had growing up and thought that it would be fun for Rae to wear them every once in a while too!

Uncle Geek!

Arailia calls my brother Geek aka Jake! Its so cute!Rae loves her uncle Geek! Jake has a iphone and he had put all of Rae's favorite songs on it for her! He would find videos like Elmo's World for her to watch! she loves it because its her favorite things and the fact its Jake's and he lets her hold it! Jake your the best we love you!

Boo at the Zoo and Halloween!

This year we went to Boo at the Zoo at Willow Park! We dressed Rae up in her costume and had so much fun! Arailia did an awesome job tossing the beab bags in the pumpkin and she had a blast going on the gymnastic pad over and over again! we saw all the animals and got candy!

On Halloween Arailia was the cutest little lady bug! We got her dressed and headed over to my parents! We waited till some trick or treaters came to the door and the headed out to get some candy! Rae loved knocking on the door and saing trick or treat! I was so proud of her saying it and saying thank you at the end! Of course the candy never ended up in her bag sge alwas wanted to eat them so I decided I wouldhold them for her! We went to a couple houses and Rae was so excited that she was running! Of course runnung ended up in falling so we had a cring ladybug so we decided to end the trick or treating! We were going to go to trunck or treat with Seth's parents but decided not to this year! We went back to my parents and Arailia answered the door everytime someone came! She would put the candy in the kids bag and then say halloween! (she didnt say the happy part) It was alot of fun and love seeing rae having a blast!

So I am pregnant with our second baby! I am four months along and due April 12,2010! I Knew right away but wasn't ready to let ANYONE know for a while! I told my family when I was 2 1/2 months along because I was so sick and I Knew that they would be asking! It was nice that my mom new so early on because she was a huge help while I was so sick! Its so weird when I was pregnant with Rae I wasnt sick at all! Well this one I was sick for the first 11 weeks! So glad its over! I told Lee and Judy when I was three months along! I have pictures of when we told them and will post soon! I told the rest of his family on Saturday! We cant wait till November to find out if we are having another princess in the house or if we have a cute little boy! Either way way are so excited!We are very excited to add another member to our family and we feel so blessed!

Day Date!

So after the trip to Vegas and everything that has been going on lately at our house I needed a day out! Seth took me out on a date! It was so nice to go to Olive Garden and eat yummy food and have adukt conversations! I did miss Railee but it was nice to enjoy a good lunch with my hubby! Thanks again mom for babysitting! Rae loves you and we appreciate you helping us out soooooo much!!!!!!!

Trip to Vegas!

Arailia and I went on a quick trip to Vegas! We went down with my parents and Jake! I thought it would be fun to go see my family and for Seth to get a little brake from us! It was a long 8 hours dowm and a long 8 hours home in a car but for the most part rae was good! I havent gotten any sleep for a while so I think I was just shot! But it was so fun to see my family down there and to visit with them! I miss them so much and wish we all lived so much closer! maybe one day.... hurry up guys! rae had fun playing at a new house and playing with great grandma's toys! Brit spent the night with us so it was alot of fun staying up late talking to her! I cant wait till she moves up here too! It was a fun trip and it was quick but we still missed Seth like crazy and its so good to be home again!!!!!!!!!

Date night!

So tonight my wonderful hubby took me out on a date! We went to the movies! He wanted to see Zombieland and if it was somewhat a comedy I said I would see it! Besides all the blood in it and language I actually laughed quite a bit! It was fun to snuggle with him and to get away for a bit! Of course I got a huge bag of yummy buttery popcorn! YUMMY! And my awesome awesome mom came over and tended Arailia for us! Thanks so much mom! It was so nice to get away and go out! We owe you!

Reviewing!

Tonight we went over to my parents house (its like a daily thing we love it so much) and Railee was playing with the blocks! I was Reviewing the colors of the blocks! She said all the colors perfectly besides YELLOW! She used to say it fine but now it has become "Yo Yo" instead of "YELLOW"! I love how they talk at this age! She is saying so much its crazy! I still cant believe I can have a conversation to her and her actually reply back! I love it!

Ready, Set, Go!

So we went shopping with uncle Jake tonight! And of course we were in his big truck that Rae loves to ride in! Jake has awesome music as she would say! Well tonight jake decided to go a little fast and Rae started yelling, Ready, Set, Go!!!!!!!!!! She would say it over and over and over again! She was so funny!

Another Day!

So an update on arailia! She is doing so much better than she has in the past few weeks! Last night she was still a little restless and she only fell off the bed once! She cried a few times and said she hurt! But for the most part it was a good night! I had her sleep with me again because when I ran into get milk she had choked while she was sleeping so I wanted to make sure I could hear her! And she did choke again in her sleep so I was glad I was right there to help! I think that she was just so sleepy (since she hasnt taking a nap or went to bed in over two weeks) that when she did go to sleep she was just too sleepy and out of it! Today I had preschool so I woke up and got ready! And little miss Rae wanted to take a bath so I gave her a bath! She was so happy this morning and I am so happy that she is finally starting to be my little happy girl I know she can be! She is still a cuddle bug but I love it to death when she is wanting to I love every second of it! She is now taking a nap and has been sleeping for an hour! I am so happy she is getting better! Love you bug!

My sick baby!

So over the past 2 and a half weeks have been crazy for us! Arailia hasn't been sleeping, eating, and has been very crabby! Of course she is the worst at night when I am shot and want to get some shut eye! Every night has been horrible for us! She will not take naps and she wont sleep at night! I will put her down at her bedtime which is 8:30-9:00 and then she will sleep for maybe an hour! Then she will wake up and scream! And yes its the whole night! You would think that after an hour of crying she wouuld stop and fall asleep NOPE! I had just told myself that it was just her teething! So finally today I called the Doctor and set an appointment up! We found out that she has ear aches and she has very swollen tonsils! The doctor rates them 1- 5 one being not so bad yeah she was a four plus! He said that they were very swollen and probably worse further down her throat! We got her a perscription that she will be taking twice a day for ten days! I am so glad that I gave into going to the doctor! I have been emotionally shot and drained so I thought I would get a Doctor's opinion! My parents have been a huge help to me! My mom took us to the Doctor and took us to get her meds! She helped give Arailia her medicine (which takes two people now days) and made her famous homemade chicken noodle soup for her! My dad watched her favorite show with her which is Yo Gabb Gabba (which is the scraiest show around) and Jake was a bog help keeping her happy too!She ate a little bit of string cheese that papa fed her and a couple noodles! She can drink fluids fine but not solids so it was nice to see she got a little something in her tummy! She is now finally getting some sleep and I hope she keeps it up throughout the night! I love you Railee and hope you feel better soon!
p.s. Rae got her first burn today! I was making breakfast and she decided that she wanted to help when I had my back turned she reached for the spatula and got burned on the burner! It was a pretty bad burn she got on her thumb! She cried a little and was fine! I think I was hurting more than she was everytime I look at it I crindge!

Finally caught up!

Ok so I know that the last few posts were really outdated but I do it for my memory and so i dont forget things so sorry if I bored you with the past! I am finally caught up sp hopefully I can stay on top of blogging from now on!

New hairstyle!

So Seth loves it when I straighten Rae's hair so I decided that for church I would do it! It looked way cute so I took a few pics since I hardly ever straighten it!

Arailia's new favorite thing!

So one day I was out shopping and I came across this elmo trick or treat basket! It was about a month before Halloween but I figured that she would have fun playing with it until then! I came home with it and had put some candy in it for her! She was so excited! That whole day she played with elmo! She had to sleep with it too! I love how she
fell asleep with it and put her sippy inside!
I love how the simplist things make them so happy!

Labor day weekend!

This year we went up to bear Lake to spend labor day with Lee and Judy and the family! We took jake along with us! Ny parents came to visit us one afternoon while we were there! It was fun to see them! It was alot of fun and relaxing! It was nice to not have to worry about getting home at a certain time! We ended up spending the night one night in our car! It was Arailia's first time camping and actually making it the whole night through! She did awesome and it was nice and cozy for all of us! It was a fun trip and hope we can do it again!

Ryan's Place! 8-6-09

One day David and Stephanie invited us to go to a park with them!Sam came along to join the fun too! We have never been to this park and it was alot of fun! We had gotten subway and ate and played! Arailia loved climbing all the stairs and going down the slide! They had a fun lemonade stand that she loved playing in also! Thanks guys for letting us go it was alot of fun!

Rainy Day!

I love rainy days that is if I'm not out in it! On this day which was Aug 7th, 2009 it was pouring outside so I decided that we would make the day fun even though we couldnt go play outside!We got back in our pj's and I made home made chicken noodle soup and we watched movies just the two of us wile Seth was at work! We opened the window and watched the rain! It was alot of fun for a rainy day!Of course since I was taken pictures with my camera Arailia had to get her mickey mouse camera and take pic of me! I love that girl!

I decided that since Rae was dressed cute and I hadnt taken pictures for while that I would play and have a photoshoot! These are just some of the pics but we had fun! Isnt she a doll! I love her so much! (they were taken August 8th, 2009)

Arailia's Surprise!

In August we decided that Arailia needed some new toys after looking in her toy box and seeing that alot of them she had overly grown out of! We were shopping one day and we came across this kitchen set! Arailia loves to lay with food and since I have a whole tub of play food we decided that we should get it for her! It isnt big at all but its the perfect size for her! She absolutly loves it! She will make us food and bring it to us to pretend to eat! I love toys that let you use your imagination! We bought the kitchen set and set it all up! (Which seth worked on forevever staying up till 2 a.m. putting it together.) And I must say it was the worst thing to put together! When Arailia woke up I had the camera out to catch her reaction to the surprise out in the living room! She was soooo excited! It was a good buy!
